Soundscape Art is a unique artistic endeavor crafted by Diane Williamson, where the ethereal world of music converges with the visual realm of art.

Music was always an integral part of her life as her father and brother were both full time professional musicians. As a graphic artist of 17 years, Diane’s process, translates the emotive essence of music into artworks made up of the composition of graphic shapes which denote the types of sounds in the music.  She creates visual “bridges” between these shapes in the same way the composer creates sound bridges between different sections of the music composition.

In this way, melodies are transformed into vibrant visual narratives, inviting viewers to embark on a sensory journey where sight and sound intertwine in harmony. Can you imagine what instruments and sounds are being made visible in these Soundscapes?
